thank u so much for the support from the collabs!! i never expected getting front paged or so much attention for a little collab that i did, im deeply grateful for all the support ive received lately! thank you all so much!
the reason why i started the madness canvas collab was because i didnt agree with the way several newgrounds collabs worked. they ask everyone to submit but end up curating the "best and popular" newgrounders in the collab and leaving out newcomers, which is unfortunate because i genuinely believe the best in everyone's work. that was why the madness canvas collab not only include the best works but also more "amateur" looking works. i think its important to stay true to the meaning of a "collab", a collaboration with every participant. of course the collab had some quality control put into it but everyone did very well and every entry was unique in its own way!
we ended up with over 100 participants, filling up every corner of the picture with the Hanks, Trickys and Deimos'. while it was a lot of work for one person to be responsible of, it was definitely very worth it.
